This is an exceptional full-time opening for a physician to step into a 100% Interventional Pain Management role. Designed to offer a premium work-life balance, the schedule features absolutely no call, no nights, and no weekends! The clinical focus centers on a robust volume of interventional procedures. PM&R-trained physicians are preferred, but Anesthesia-trained physicians are welcome as well. Clinical Focus: 100% Interventional Pain Management caseload.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Develop and execute individualized, multimodal treatment plans with a strong focus on advanced interventional procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablations).
Provide safe, precise, and effective image-guided procedural care.
Oversee appropriate, guidelines-compliant medication management protocols.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic clinical documentation.
Collaborate with internal colleagues and referring community physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management.
Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) preferred, or Anesthesiology training with an interventional pain background.
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
High proficiency in performing a wide range of interventional pain management techniques.

Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
