Why Las Vegas?
Las Vegas has no state income tax, sunshine most of the year, and fast access to Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, and the mountains. The market is growing fast and needs advanced pain care. This job pairs that lifestyle with $300,000–$475,000 base, a production bonus up to $500,000, 25 days of PTO, a surgery center, and a real path to partnership. You do advanced procedures and take no hospital call.
