Interventional Pain Management Physician - Greater Houston, Texas Area
Location: Greater Houston, Texas Area | Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $300,000 – $420,000+ Year 1 Partnership opportunity
The Opportunity
A well-established and rapidly growing interventional pain management practice in the Greater Houston, Texas area is seeking a skilled and motivated Pain Management Physician to join their outstanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a collaboratively determined base salary based on actual collections data, a built-in annual bonus of $40,000-$60,000 above base, and a transition to a 40% collections based model in year two - with exceptional long term earning potential for high producers. After two years a partnership track is available along with the opportunity to buy into the surgery center - creating true ownership and wealth building potential. This is a true walk-in practice with an established and active referral network already in place - no cold starts, no hunting for patients, no building from scratch. From day one you will have immediate access to a steady flow of interventional pain patients ready for treatment. With a primarily outpatient clinic based schedule, no medication management, and a diverse and rewarding interventional procedure mix - this position offers outstanding clinical autonomy and exceptional earning potential in one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing markets in the country. Schedule: Monday through Friday - no nights - no weekends
Clinic Volume: Approximately 30 patients per day
Primarily evaluations and procedures - no medication management
EMG services available - physician review and sign-off required
Start Timeframe: 6-12 months - flexible for the right candidate

Qualifications
MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
PM&R or Anesthesia based residency with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
Well rounded interventional procedure background - required
Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
DEA certification - required
New graduates, recently graduated fellows, and current fellows available summer 2027 - all welcome
