Renew Medical Group is seeking experienced and new-graduate CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice autonomously within a supportive Care Team Model environment, handling a diverse case load in a dynamic surgical setting.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN
Shift Options:
  • 8-hour shift: $1,440
  • 10-hour shift: $1,800
  • 12-hour shift: $2,160
  • Partial shift (less than 8 hours): $180/hour
Call Structure (Equitable Rotation):
  • Weekday call: $500
  • Weekend call: $1,000
  • Callback: $205/hour
Annual Estimate: $320,000–$340,000+ based on typical full-time schedule with equitable call distribution
SCHEDULE
  • Shift-based staffing with flexible options
  • Equitable call distribution — no fixed minimum requirements
  • Call included in rotation structure (weekday and weekend calls compensated separately)
  • Time off: Variable; paid only for weeks worked
