Anesthesia Partners – North Texas now has a full-time CRNA opening in our PAP Division based at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas, a Level 1 trauma center.
Shift types:
  • Choice in full-time status with 30/32/36/40-hour work week to accommodate work-life balance and staffing needs
  • Variety of shifts: 6/8/10/12-hour options
  • Voluntary Weekend call available with stipend
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • Full-time night shift position available
Compensation
  • Competitive experience-based hourly rate with evening, weekend, and night shift differentials
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Additional hourly Facility/Acuity bonus
  • Holiday shift pay (1.5x to 2x depending on holiday)

We are seeking someone who enjoys the challenge of higher acuity cases with shared decision-making within a supportive Care Team model.
Case variety includes general surgery, trauma, kidney and pancreas transplant, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, spine, plastics, bariatric, endoscopy, IR, urology, thoracic, GYN and optional OB.
Opportunities available for regional, invasive lines, precepting RRNAs, working with specialty teams, and participating in on-site sim lab.
