The Department of Anesthesiology at Kaiser San Bernardino County is seeking full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologists to join our large and collegial team as we grow to meet the needs of the children in our service area.
Our group emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based, and personalized care that is high in quality and low in cost.
Delivered through direct patient care or CRNA supervision, our practice encompasses all pediatric subspecialties, including Pediatric ENT, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, and Urology.
Medical services include Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, Oncology, and Radiology.
From snow-capped mountains to a sprawling desert, Kaiser Permanente San Bernardino Medical Center is located in the beautiful Inland Empire of Southern California, enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities and entertainment.
As one of three Pediatric referral centers for Southern California Kaiser Permanente, our department has seven full-time fellowship -trained Pediatric physicians, with 30 - 40% of clinical care focusing on the Ped iatric population.
We offer state -o f-the -art facilities, including pediatric operating rooms, sedation/ procedural suites, and neonatal and pediatric intensive care units.
Anesthesia volume for Pediatric patients is
approximately over 3000 cases per year.

Salary range for full-time Anesthesiology Pediatrics is $672,175.00 to $739,143.00.
Potential premium earnings for Anesthesiology Pediatrics are up to $196,248.00.
Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location.
Potential premium earnings are based on location.
Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
