Hospital-Based Locum CRNA

The UMass Memorial Health system is the largest healthcare organization serving central Massachusetts.
The clients needs are for multiple CRNAs to provide support primarily at their hospital based sites.
The ideal CRNA candidate will have a track record of exceptional patient care skills, exemplary professionalism, a teamwork-based orientation, flexibility, punctuality, efficiency and overall strong work ethic.
Currently, there are multiple 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts at multiple sites, creating the opportunity for very flexible scheduling.
The current engagement is through December 31, 2026.
Renewal may be available depending on clients evolving needs.
The posted low and high daily compensations are based on a weekday rate of $250 per hour over 8 or 24 hours, respectively.
Travel, lodging and car rental are provided per client agreement, and malpractice with tail coverage is provided by our company, Inductience, PC.
Slightly higher compensation offered to those carrying their own malpractice insurance.
