looking for an Anesthesia Associate Regional Medical Director to join our team!

POSITION
SPECIFICATION

The Associate
Regional Medical Director will:

•
Meet on a regular basis with
Regional Director and local Medical Director(s)

•
Attend monthly anesthesia
department meetings as well as other relevant hospital, administrative and
clinical meetings

•
Meet on a regular basis with each
individual hospital CEO or their designee

•
Assist with standardizing company
performance dashboards

•
Meet with IAMG management monthly
to review the state of each anesthesia program and focus on priorities of the
organization

•
Assist and drive new business
development efforts including participation in RFP creation and development,
interviews, and contract negotiation

•
Work with the recruiting team
to create an anesthesia provider pool

•
Interview potential anesthesia
candidates

•
Represent and potentially
present IAMG or its affiliates at conferences

•
Work clinical shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

•
MD/DO with unrestricted medical
license required

•
Board Certification in
Anesthesia Required

Experience:

•
Minimum of 5 years of clinical
practice

•
Previous participation in a
leadership role

•
Experience within a health care
delivery system with three to five years of management experience required

Requirements:

•
Will be required to work clinical
shifts

•
Possess interpersonal/listening
skills to interact effectively with individuals of all backgrounds, experience
and educational levels
