No new graduates – Minimum 1 year of post-training experience required

8-hour day shifts

No call, nights, weekends, or holidays

Overtime available but not expected

Emergency privileges available for an expedited start

Cross-privileging required with the affiliated Am

Practice Environment:

Meditech EMR

8 anesthesia rooms

Medical direction model: 1 MD : 3 CRNAs

Anesthesiologists perform their own cases as well

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations

Discuss anesthetic plans, options, and risks with patients

Obtain and verify informed consent

Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period

Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety

Collaborate with the anesthesia team to provide high-quality perioperative care
