    • Flexible Scheduling:
  • We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • 26 weeks clinical + 13 weeks day (early release)
  • Day physician – 10 weeks STO – no call. No weekends.

    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage community hospital cases involving general surgery, podiatry, urology, and orthopedics.
  • No trauma, no hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no OB.
  • Physician supervision model.

  • Annual salary of $550,000 for W2.
  • Salary of $685,000 for 1099 (26 weeks).
  • Salary of $325,000 for 1099 (10 weeks STO – day physician).
  • Strong commencement bonus offered, up to $100,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401k with matching contributions.
