Description

Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning 1/4/27 through 3/26/27 with the option to extend.
Provider MUST have full-time availability and be able to work the following schedule - Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3 pm, 8-hour day shifts (Mondays are generally the busiest day).
Provider MUST also be willing to cover a couple of weeknight call shifts every month.
No weekend call required as the 4 CRNA's onsite each share weekend call responsibilities
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision.
Surgeon, 1 anesthesiologist and 3-4 CRNA's
Case Mix: General, Urogynecology, Surgery (Davinci on the way), Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, Podiatry.
Provider may see some healthy peds.
Provider must also be comfortable with blocks (will work alongside ortho surgeon).
No hearts, No heads, and No OBCertifications: BC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA and CSRCredentialing Time-Frame: 2 weeks
Active NM License: Highly preferred upfront
