Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 6 months with option to extend.

The schedule is 5 days/week and may include weekends.

Hours vary with exit order. 6: 30 am arrival and exits are at 1 pm, 3 pm, or 6 pm.

Typically 40-45 hours per week.

Case Mix: Endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%) Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision. 4 MDA's and 9 CRNA or CAA's on per day. # of OR's: 6 OR's, 3 endo rooms

Credentialing Time-Frame: Job says they can issue temps in 7 days (provider must have clean file, active IN license, and responsive)Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA and must be Board Certified Active IN License
