Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM + Back Up call every night

Call Ratio: Ratio: 2 On/ 2 Off. 3 PM - 7 AM.

Back up call every night. 20 minute response time

Case Mix: Gen, Endo, OB (less than 450 deliveries), Ortho (some spines), URO, GYN, Podiatry, cardiac (less than /year) cath lab and TEE.

Must be Proficient: Spinals, blocks, Epidurals# of Providers per day: 4# of OR's: 4.

Supervision and Ratio: Anesthesiologist and CRNA practice

Active License: REQUIREDCredentialing Time Frame: 45-90 days
