Case Mix: Require Cardiac Fellowship, cardiac capable, Regional Anesthesic blocks & nerve blocks, Peds capable, OB# of Surgical Cases per day: 30/day# of OR's: 15 + 2 out of OR locations (endo and specials) and OBSupervision and Ratio: Medically directed. 1:3

Active License

Credentialing Time Frame: approx 120 days

Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, ATLS, DEA. boarded
