Description
- Job Title: Locum Anesthesiologist Employment
•Employment Status: 1099
•Job Type: Locum/Contract
•Location: East-central Wisconsin
•Duration: 3–6 months
•Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts. One full-time week per month with weeknight and weekend call.
•Call: Cardiac call 1-2 calls per week
•Case Types: OB, Cardiac: CABG and Valve
•Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days
•EMR: EPIC
•Special Requirements: Case logs for the previous 24 months
Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum Anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1-3 years practicing as an anesthesiologist
• Proficiency in a range of anesthesia modalities, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to varied practice settings and comfort in high-acuity environments
