Any Supervision: MD supervision about 70%

Cases: General, Endo, OB, GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Ortho

Spinals, Blocks and Epidurals Required: Yes

Case logs Required: Yes-proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
