🩺 Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Central New York
Palm Health Resources is actively seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a high-paying locum tenens assignment in Central New York’s scenic lake region.
This 1099 contract offers all-inclusive rates and the chance to work with a low-volume cardiac program in a flexible and supportive setting.
📌 Assignment Overview
Start Date: Orientation Monday 3/9/26; clinical start Thursday 3/13/26
End Date: 6/5/26
Schedule: 24/7 cardiac coverage; no general call
Shift Type: Flexible scheduling available
Call: After-hours call is for cardiac cases only (low volume)
Coverage: Daytime coverage for general + cardiac cases in an anesthesia care team model (1:2 or 1:3 supervision)
Team: Dedicated cardiac CRNAs + anesthesiologist partners
EMR: Epic
Location: Beautiful Central New York, known for its lakes, small-town charm, and easy access to year-round outdoor recreation

Cardiac cases only after hours
General and cardiac cases during prime-time weekday hours
No general OR coverage after hours
Diverse caseload managed in a care team model
💵 Compensation & Contractor Package
Rate: Competitive 1099 rates (negotiable, we pay the max!)
OT: After 12 hours (daily)
Malpractice: A+ rated coverage provided
