Zeal Medical Staffing is seeking a fellowship-trained cardiac anesthesiologist for a 6–12 month locum assignment in San Antonio, Texas. Weekday-only schedule with no call and no weekends. All cases are solo, with no supervision required. Details: Start: ASAP after credentialing (45–60 day timeline) Length: 6 months–1 year (1 year preferred) Full-time preferred, 5x8s M–F 10s may be considered, but 8s are preferred No call, no weekends Practice: Solo cases only, no supervision required Case types: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, Gyn, ENT Cath lab: A-fib ablations, TEEs, ICD implants EMR: Cerner/Medaxion and Cerner Requirements: Board certified in Anesthesiology Cardiac anesthesia fellowship (required) TEE certification (preferred) Active Texas license BLS, ACLS Clean file Offering: Competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, malpractice coverage
