Join our team as an Anesthesia General provider in the beautiful city of Alpena, Michigan.

Assignment Details
Location: Alpena, Michigan
Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months with the option to extend
Schedule: Full-time candidates preferred, Monday-Friday for a minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed unless there is a holiday where CRNA is scheduled off or CRNA voluntarily takes off.
Schedule consists of Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3: 30 pm (5x8's) weekly
Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Department
Credentialing: Typically, 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
EMR System: EPICModel: Team Model, supervising Anesthesiologist
Case Types: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, OBGYN, Cataracts, Endoscopies.
Experience w/ spinals is preferred.

Certifications: NBCRNA, AHA BLs, AH ACLS, and AHA PALSLicensure: Active MI license required upon submission
No malpractice/clean background preferred
Case Log Requirement - 75 patients within the last 12 months
