Description

Cases: Gen Anesthesia, PEDS: GI, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Dental, No Burns, hearts, or Neuro
Patient Demographic/ages: Peds# of Surgical Cases per day: 3-5# of OR's:8 OR and 2 cardiac cath labs on level 32nd floor procedure area includes 2 endoscopy suites, 2 minor procedure rooms and in development is an interventional radiology suite
Other non-operating room sites covered include CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and a heme-oncology procedure room
Supervision: Medical Directive
Active SC License
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
