Description

Specialty: CRNADates/Coverage Needed: Beginning as soon as credentialed, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Case Mix: General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB.

No Head/Heart.

General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases# of OR's: 4 OR's, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite.

Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases per Mix/CRNA Supervision: CRNA's work independently Active IA License: Yes, active IA license or NLC required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, & PALS.

Will also require DEA and CSR.

Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days
