No nights, weekends, holidays, or call.

Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Gynecology, GI.

No blocks, spinals, or epidurals.

Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction. 10 MDA/CRNA's on daily.# of OR's: 9

Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days

Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS Active TX License: Required upon submission
