Hours: 7 AM - 3 PMLength of Assignment: 3 months with option to extend

Case Mix: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath Lab.

No hearts or neuro.

Majority Case Type: Ortho and General

CALL: Beeper Call Required.

Weeknight and Weekend

Weeknight pager 3 PM - 7 AM on the 3rd week of the month.

Will have 1-2 calls/week

Weekends pager: 1 weekend/month.

Saturday, Sunday 24 /hours. 4 week rotation# of OR's: 2

Active License

Credentialing Time Frame: 30 days
