Description

Need 4-10's in 5 days (if working 4 shifts, the provider would have 1 day off during the week) or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift work
Length of Assignment: potential ongoing needs
Call Ratio: weekend call is an option
Case Mix: No infants.
Be prepared to do all cases in trauma setting. capable of cardiac and neuro. but they have a cardiac team
Trauma Level: Level 1
Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
Active License: Prefers Active TN license
Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
