Description

Job is ongoing into 2027.
Case Mix: Endo, OBGYN, Peds, Gen, Ortho, ENT.
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.
Case logs will need to be provided.90 deliveries per year.
The majority of cases are Ortho, Endo, total joints, general surgery, VBAC in house call during active labor.
Around 700-1000 endo cases per year.
Blocks, Interscalene, TAP, fermoral/adductor, scitatic popitleal, PENG, ESP, IPACKSupport Staff: 4 total CRNA's during the day# of OR's: 4 and then 2 Endo rooms
Active MN License: Highly preferred
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
Certifications: DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
