Case Mix: General, Endo, OBGYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, vascular, healthy peds, thoracic, blocks preferred, but not needed

Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days

Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALSActive MI License
