Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend
Case Mix: Robots, Endo, General, Spine, Breast, Bariatric, Ortho, and EPPatient Demographic: Adults only# of OR's: There are eight (8) Operating Rooms located on the first floor in the Main OR and three (3) on the second floor OR.
Active VA License: Yes, required at time of submission
Credentialing Time Frame: 60 days
COVID Vaccine: Yes
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALSFlights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
