Description

Case Mix: Ortho, TEE, Endo.
NO OB.
No neuro, Pain, plastics, Thoracic, Vascular or Pulmonary
Specific skills are required: Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks.
CRNA needs to be able to perform all blocks
Trauma Level: Level 3. 154 beds# of Surgical Cases /year: 4,320 annual.
Gen (625), Cardiac (35), Ortho (1,400), Gyn (200), Ophthalmology (75), Gastro (700), Podiatry (70), Urology (75), ENT (500) Oral/Maxillofacial (70)# of OR's: Weekdays- 4.
Weekends- 1.
Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
Active License: Preferred
Credentialing Time Frame: Avg 60 -90 days
