🔍 Position Summary
A large, established Midwestern health system is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum assignment at a dedicated Endoscopy Center.
This is a fully independent role with no nights, no weekends, and no call, providing a highly attractive weekday schedule in a low-acuity, high-efficiency setting.
This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift position starting January 2026, with a contract expected to extend through Summer 2026.

Setting: Endoscopy Center (non-hospital)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Start Date: January 1, 2026
Cases per Day: 10–16
Case Type: Endoscopy (MAC – Monitored Anesthesia Care) only
Trauma Level: None
Call/Weekends: None
Support: Dedicated endo center staff; CRNA works independently
Documentation: EPIC EMR
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric only
Estimated Credentialing Time: 60–120 days

Hourly Rate: $200–$225+/hour (based on experience & commitment)
Holiday Pay: 1.5x hourly rate
Orientation Rate: Paid at 50% of hourly rate
Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard rate (local providers only)

Certified by AANA (Board Certified CRNA)
Active Michigan CRNA License (or willing to obtain)
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
Local providers preferred (travel/housing support available if needed)
