Hours: 7 am - 3 pm/Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am

Call Scheduled: Every 4th night; Every 4th weekend

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Types of Cases Required: ENDO, OB, GYN, General, ORTHO, Limited Acute Pain Management.

Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required
