University (Level 1 Trauma)

Memorial (General + OB)

Hahnemann (General)

Shrewsbury ASC

Marlborough + Endoscopy sites

OR & Staffing

8–16 ORs depending on campus

8–12 CRNAs working concurrently

EMR: EPIC

Scheduling

Flexible start/end times

24/7 coverage model

Shifts: 12, 16, 18, 24 hours
