• CRNA needed for PRN coverage starting October 14, 15, 19, 20, 26, 27, 28, 29

November 11, 12

• All ophthalmic cases with eye block or IV sedation MAC
• Mon-Friday with 8 hr guaranteed days
• Offering locum and direct hire opportunities
