Dates: Sept 18, 21, Oct 12, 13, Nov 7-9, 11-13, 30, Dec 6, 7, 9-11 and ongoing. 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation. Future dates TBD
Cases: General, Ortho, GYN, OB, Endo
Schedule: 7a-3p; call hours 3p-7a. 3 weeks on/1 week off rotation.

Additional Details

Can practice with an active Indiana RN license
Must be proficient with Spinals, Epidurals and Blocks
Must be able to work independently
Travel and lodging offered
