Position Overview

Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Dates: Asap - Ongoing - Provider must be available at least 1-2 weeks every month - Saturday - Sunday
Cases: OB, Gall bladder, Hernias, Ortho, and a few Peds. Recent OB experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day shift
Call: Weekend or weekday call possible - Flexibility is expected
