Job Details
- Assignment Type: Locum tenens

- Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (16-hour days as needed)

- MD Supervision: Yes (1 MD to 4 CRNAs)

- Stipends: Lodging/housing and car rental/mileage stipends provided
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- At least 1 year of recent CRNA experience (travel CRNA or hospital-based preferred)
- Ability to travel between and work at multiple hospital sites in Savannah as needed
- Strong clinical skills in general anesthesia and perioperative care
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain or verify informed consent
- Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and plan with patients and families
- Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia for general cases
- Continuously monitor patients' physiological status and perform clinical interventions as needed
- Collaborate with supervising MDs, surgeons, and other CRNAs in a team-based anesthesia care model
- Complete accurate documentation in Meditech and follow institutional policies and safety protocols
