CRNA Job Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of CRNA clinical experience required
  • Active CRNA certification and Indiana CRNA license (or ability to obtain Indiana licensure)
  • Proficiency in general anesthesia, spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia blocks
  • COI-IN PCF required
  • Ability to complete credentialing (typical timeline 60–90 days; temporary privileges may be available with a clear background and malpractice history)
Key Responsibilities (Anesthesia Services)
  • Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
  • Develop and manage anesthetic plans within an independent all-CRNA practice model
  • Perform neuraxial anesthesia (spinals/epidurals) and regional techniques/blocks as indicated
  • Deliver anesthesia services for a diverse case mix including endoscopy, OB/GYN, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, and some pediatrics
  • Participate in call coverage and respond to urgent OR/OB needs as required
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
