Location: Little Falls, Minnesota
PRN Dates Available: July 30, 31, Aug 3-10, 15, 16, Sept 30-Oct 2, 5-11, Nov 16-20, 23-25, 27, Nov 30-Dec 4, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31 and ongoing. Future dates TBD
Schedule: 3 providers daily Monday-Friday 7a-3p, 1 provider daily Monday-Friday 7a-5:30p
Call: 3p-7a; OR & OB call ranges 1 day/week, few weekends available.
Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Peds, General, Ortho, ENT, Total Joints

Additional Details

ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA required
Must be proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks
OB Cases in the last 12 months
All CRNA practice
EMR: Epic
90 deliveries/year (VBAC in house call during active labor)
Majority of cases: Ortho, Endo, Total Joints, General Surgery. Est 700-1000 Endo cases/year
Blocks: Interscalene, TAP, Femoral/Adductor, Sciatic, Popliteal, PENG, ESP, IPACK
