Palm Health is currently staffing a long-term locum CRNA opportunity at a leading regional hospital in central upstate New York.

Nestled in a scenic rural town known for its historic charm and natural beauty, this assignment is perfect for providers seeking a steady weekday schedule in a collegial, low-stress environment.

This newly updated facility is a hub for surgical care in the region, offering a collaborative anesthesia team, a diverse case mix, and flexible shift lengths.

Assignment Snapshot

Start Date: December 22, 2025

Schedule: Weekdays only | 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts (flexible)

Availability: 4–5 days per week preferred

On-Call: None

Shifts: Daytime hours only

Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Volume: ~4 cases/day depending on shift

Duration: Ongoing

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–120 days

Compensation

Rate: $200–$250+/hr (negotiable based on shift commitment & experience)

Guaranteed Hours: Available for scheduled shifts

OT: Daily overtime paid after 12 hours

CRNA board certification (NBCRNA)
