Schedule & Call

Weekdays: Mon–Fri, 6:30a–3:30p (scheduled clinical hours)

Call: Weekend & night call as scheduled

Case Mix

Primary: Vascular, Electrophysiology

Additional: General cases as assigned

Model: Independent CRNA throughout (no MD supervision)

Requirements

NBCRNA certification — required

Nebraska license — highly preferred

Epic experience — highly preferred

Clean malpractice/background — highly preferred

Credentialing

Timeframe: 60–90 days

Notes: No emergency/temp privileges

Compensation & Travel

Rate: $210–$225/hr (negotiable; depends on commitment)

Paid Travel/Lodging/Rental Car: Lodging + airfare + rental car or mileage reimbursement provided
