Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Woodworth, WI.

WI license preferred.

Monday – Friday, Weekends Call Only.

Surgical hours; 7:00am - 4:00pm, 6:30 A.

M. arrival for 7: 00

AM start, if block needed.

Typical anesthesia hours worked: 8-9 hrs.

Weeknight on call hours: Approximately 4:00

PM- 7: 00

AM, there are three providers on call currently, one for CV, General and OB.

First call for nights and weekends is trauma/OB.

OB call is 30 minute response time.

Weekend on call hours: 8:00

AM-8: 00

Solo call or Shared with CRNA: Solo

Types of Cases: Cardiac surgery, neuro, general surgery, plastic, pulmonary, ortho, spine, gyn, urology, OB, cath lab, IR, EP and GI.

Estimate 90% of cases are performed by a physician themselves.

All cardiac cases are completed by a physician.

When working with CRNAs he may be with one or two but that would only occur if he would be the anesthesiologist in charge for the day.

# Of ORs: We run 8-11 OR rooms daily for 7-8 blocks, depending on types of surgery blocks scheduled and procedure volume.

Outpatient GI Center has two procedure rooms and the Inpatient GI area runs 2 procedure rooms.

# MD’s and # CRNA’s in practice: 9 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNA’s.

Covid Vaccine Required: Yes with exemption forms available.

the CRNAs will do their own UGRA blocks, and will work independently unless requesting help.

Credentialing: 30 - 60 days.

$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
