Start Date: Beginning ASAC Duration: 6 months with the option to extend
Schedule: 4x8's days Tues-Fri desired Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center Credentialing: 90 days
EMR System: Cerner and paper Model: Supervised
Case Types: Ortho, general, GYN pain urology Compensation & Benefits

Travel Information: Local or drive-in candidates are preferred, but they are open to considering travelers within reason through reimbursement model (no stipends).

Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, and PALSLicensure: Active TX license required upfront
