• 6-month assignment

• Start: November 23, 2026

• Credentialing: 30-60 days, temporary privileges requested

• Provider will perform their own cases

• Epic EMR

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 5x8-hour shifts

• No call

• Holiday coverage needs

  • November 23-25: 1 physician

  • December 21-23: 2 physicians

  • December 28-30: 1 physician

Cases & Practice Model

• Pediatric and neonatal anesthesia

• Provider performs their own cases

• Pediatric fellowship required

• Neonatal case log requirement: 15 cases involving patients less than 60 weeks old at CHOSA

• Additional case log requirements must be met prior to submission

• Epic training and/or testing required

Requirements

• Pediatric anesthesiology fellowship required

• Must meet pediatric and neonatal case log requirements

• Active Texas medical license

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
