Dates needed : May: 30, June: 13 & 23, July: 7, 11, 14, 25, 28
Average of 15-18 cases per day per room
All CRNA site
Schedule M-F, 7am-3:30pm shifts, with little or no OT
Top Pay plus malpractice if needed
