Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at a full-service hospital in the Charlotte–Concord region of North Carolina.

This high-volume, collaborative setting offers flexible full-time schedule options, excellent support staff, and challenging case variety — ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking strong earnings and a respected practice.

💼 Assignment Details

Start: ASAP

End: Ongoing (long-term preferred)

Shifts Offered:

5x8s or 5x10s (straight rate)

3x12s (non-consecutive, must include Mondays & Fridays)

Weekends: 8-hour Saturday/Sunday shifts – can be part of full-time FTE

Overnight Options: 3x12s or 24-hour shifts

Minimum 2 weekend overnights per month required

Call: Not required

EMR: Epic

Credentialing: 60–90 days (no temp privileges)

Setting: Inpatient + outpatient

Supervision: CRNA under MD direction (1:3 model)

Team Environment: Supportive, collaborative group of CRNAs, MD

As, and RNs

🔍 Case Mix

Typical Cases: General, GYN, Ortho, Cysto, Gen Surg, Neuro Spine, Vascular, Lungs, Endo, OB (no regional required), Healthy Peds

Excluded: Head Neuro, Cardiac (unless interested for overnights)

Overnight coverage requires hearts + healthy peds experience

✅ Requirements

License: Active NC license required (no IMLC accepted)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ABLS (AHA-approved)

Board Certification: CRNA required

Minimum Experience: 1+ year required

💰 Compensation & Perks

Rate: $200–$275/hr (negotiable based on schedule/commitment/expenses – we pay the max allowed)

Malpractice Insurance: A+ rated, paid by Palm Health

Travel & Lodging: Full reimbursement including airfare, hotel, rental car or mileage (or all-inclusive rate)
