Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 4x10s per week (7am–5pm)

Call: Low-volume home call twice/month (7am–5pm on Mon or Fri)

Palm Health is currently staffing a locum CRNA position at a small acute care facility in Upstate South Carolina, located near quiet rural communities and within easy driving distance to Greenville and Columbia.

This is a low-volume, low-acuity hospital ideal for CRNAs who enjoy independent practice in a relaxed and collegial setting.

The role offers a predictable schedule, minimal call, and a true work-life balance in a setting surrounded by rolling countryside, local parks, and small-town charm.

🗓 Schedule & Call Details

Shifts: 4x10s weekly (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Every other Monday or Friday OFF

Call: Home call 7am–5pm, 2x/month on a Monday or Friday

Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)

🏥 Clinical Environment

Setting: 2-OR community hospital

Daily Volume: ~6 cases/day

Patient Ages: 15–100

Case Types: Bread-and-butter — General, OB/Gyn, ENT, Ortho

Trauma Level: None (non-designated)

Support Staff: 1 Anesthesia Tech

EMR: Epic

Environment: Independent practice, no trainees or residents

📋 Requirements

NBCRNA Certified

SC License (required)

Certifications: BLS & ACLS

CSR & DEA (required)

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Vaccinations: Required (Flu mandatory; medical/religious exemptions considered)

💰 Compensation & Call Rates

Hourly Rate: $200–$250+ (based on experience, coverage, and competition)

OT/Holiday Rate: 1.35x
