Locum CRNAs are needed for a GI center in St.
Louis, Missouri.
This role focuses exclusively on endoscopy and related gastrointestinal procedures in a weekday setting.
CRNAs will administer common anesthesia medications at the center and will not prescribe outpatient medications.
The practice operates a CRNA-only model with three rooms per day, typically seeing approximately 12–13 patients daily.
Most cases start at 7: 30 a.m., with CRNAs arriving at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.
Schedule: Monday–Friday; most cases start at 7:30 a.m. with 7:00 a.m. arrival
Case mix: GI-only, including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, flexible sigmoidoscopy, enteroscopy, esophageal dilation, esophageal and anorectal manometry, endoscopic mucosal resection, capsule endoscopy, PEG feeding tube insertion, hemorrhoid banding, Fibro
Scan, chronic care management, infusion therapy, colon cancer screening, and CT scan
Requirements: CRNAs administer common anesthesia medications; no outpatient prescribing
Extras: CRNA-only model; three rooms per day; approximately 12–13 patients per day
