Provider's

Typical Day: 12 -15 Patients New and Follow-up appointments

Coverage Need Details: Clinic 4 days a week along with one 24-hour weekday call. * 24-hour weekend call shift will be every 4th weekend Friday 8a-Monday 8am

Certifications Required: BLSState Licensure: Maryland

DEA Required

CSR License Required

Minimum Years Experience: 3

Board Status: Board Certified
