Board Status: Board Certified

DEA Required

Boards Accepted: If ABEM 1yr of experience; If ABFM or ABIM 2yrs of experience in emergency medicine or urgent care

State Licensure: Pennsylvania, no ILMCMinimum # Years Experience: 1

Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; PALSMust have a min of 2yrs of experience in urgent care or 1yr of experience in emergency medicine

Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages including peds 6m+Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures (splinting) and wound care

CSR License Required

Schedule: Mon-Sun 8a-8p.

Provider must be willing to work independently (no supervision)Providers will see patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, sprains, minor burns, they may do splints.

Typical Urgent Care assignment, anything high acuity will get referred to the local assistants and rad techs onsite

AVG patient volume: 3-4 patients per hour

Sites will be staffed with 1-3 providers per day.

If a physician is not on site, a physician will be remotely available for escalation

Adult Percentage: 80.00%Peds Percentage: 20.00%
