CLINICAL SCOPE:

Practice Setting: Inpatient
Case Mix/Skills: Independent practice model. Likely Endo and General cases. General anesthesia and adult/pediatric anesthesia are preferred.
Exclusions: No Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatrics (complex), Regional, or Thoracic surgeries are expected to be performed by the locum.
EMR: SAN ANES

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure: Active Indiana state license required
Certifications: ACLS and PALS are required.
Compliance: Must be enrolled in the PCF (Patient's Compensation Fund).
Geography: Provider must live 90+ miles away from the facility.
