LOCUM TENENS CRNA OPPORTUNITY IN NORTH CAROLINA
JOB DETAILS
- Location: North Carolina
- Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date: August 17, 2026
- Duration: 6 Months (26 Weeks)
- Schedule: Day shifts (07:00 - 15:00). The facility will consider both full-time and part-time providers. Part-time providers must be able to work either 2 weeks per month or 2 shifts per week.
- Call/Weekends: Scheduled clinical shifts only; No Call.
CLINICAL SCOPE:
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Hospital and Float Pool. Providers must be flexible and able to float between affiliated locations, though the main facility will serve as the primary location.
- Medical Direction Model: Cases are medically directed.
- Facility Size/Volume: Main location features 20 ORs and 5 NORA locations (including IR, EP, ENDO, and MRI). The patient volume exceeds 60+ cases per day.
- Patient Population: All ages.
- Case Mix: General, ortho, gyn, ent/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma.
- Required/Preferred Skills: Experience with hearts, vascular, neuro, and pediatrics is preferred. Note: Providers will not be required to handle heart and lung cases at the main facility.
- EMR & Equipment: Epic EMR. Special equipment includes Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS
- Board Status: Board Certified CRNA required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience is required. New graduates will not be accepted.
- Licensure: Active North Carolina state license required. The facility is not willing to license for a full permanent license, but will consider a compact license.
- Certifications: ACLS and PALS are required.
- Exclusions: No CCI providers.
